The Features of Wensum Guest House

Wensum Guest House provides guests with

1 large en-suite family room taking four people

Our Rooms

Three of the en-suite rooms have both a double bed and a full size single, so they can be used either as doubles, twins or family rooms.

Two of the en-suite rooms have a bathtub. One is a single bedroom and the other is a double.

Our larger family room, also en-suite, has a double plus two full size single beds and can sleep up to four people.

Six rooms share three public bathrooms. Every room contains a vanity unit with mirror and light. There is five standard singles and one standard double room.

Room Facilities

Every room has adjustable central heating, tea and coffee making facilities, alarm clock, wireless internet access, colour TV with freeview, seating, hairdryer, electic fans/heaters. Ironing facilities are available on request.

Location

The Wensum Guest House is within walking distance of all these attractions, and a short drive from the University of East Anglia, the N&N Hospital, and the major A11 and A47 roads into Norwich. Norwich is also an excellent base from which to explore the unspoilt North Norfolk coast and the famous Norfolk Broads. Whatever your choice, you'll enjoy yourselves here.

Pricing

Prices include Continental and full English breakfast, prices are inclusive of VAT

Discounts

Long term discounts are offered to our guests:
Book for 4 days save 5%
Book for 6 days save 10%
Book for 8 days save 12%
Book for 10 or more days save 15%

To make a reservation

On-line reservations can be made anytime using the form above. To secure a reservation, we request 10% of the total amount of the booking in order to approve the authenticity of the credit card details. Subsequently, we send the confirmation of booking to your e-mail address within 24 hours.

Telephone reservations can be made between 9am and 9pm. Please have the following information ready:

Name and contact phone number
Start date of booking
Number of nights required
Type of room you require (standard or en-suite; single/double/twin/family; ground floor or other specific requirement)

Cancellations

If you cancel before 12 noon three days prior to the start of your booking there will be no charge, and any deposit already paid will be refunded.

Where cancellation isn’t received within three days we reserve the right to charge 100% of the booking value.

Confirming a booking

Provide us with credit card details over the telephone. We do not charge anything to the card at the time of the booking, and we will only use it in the event of a late cancellation or no show. You do not have to use the card to pay us.
