My grandparents recently stayed at Wensum Guest House while visiting family in the area. They had a wonderful stay and were very well looked after. There was a lovely lounge area where they could sit while waiting for their taxi. They also reported that the breakfasts were delicious and all freshly cooked made all the better by Nigel & Barbara's friendliness and care for their guests. They will definitely be returning.

we stayed on the weekend of the 27thjune 2008.we turned up around 2100 and were greeted by Nigel and a happy faceAll was explained to us in a brief and concise manner.The room was immaculately clean and comfortable.The breakfast was great,all things meant to be hot were hot and all things meant to be cold were cold.All served on very clean olates and cutlery.The diningroom was spotless and once again REAL smiles from Barbara and Nigel and all of the staff.A credit to the owners,nice one guys we will recommend and return.Thanks again. Prices include Continental and full English breakfast, prices are inclusive of VAT

Discounts

Discounts are available on advanced bookings.

To make a reservation

On-line reservations can be made anytime using the form above. To secure a reservation, we request the first nights stay (or the full value for "Advanced" rates) of the booking in order to approve the authenticity of the credit card details. Subsequently, we send the confirmation of booking to your e-mail address within 24 hours.

Telephone reservations can be made between 9am and 9pm. Please have the following information ready:

Name and contact phone number
Start date of booking
Number of nights required
Type of room you require (standard or en-suite; single/double/twin/family; ground floor or other specific requirement)

Cancellations

If you cancel before 12 noon three days prior to the start of your booking there will be no charge, and any deposit already paid will be refunded.

Where cancellation isn’t received within three days we reserve the right to charge 100% of the booking value.

Confirming a booking

Provide us with credit card details over the telephone. We charge the first nights stay at the point of booking (or the full booking rate for "Advanced" bookings, and we will only use it in the event of a late cancellation or no show.
